ES05 Manual Compression Force Test Stand
Built for compression testing the Basic ES05 Manual Force Test Stand is a compact, spring loaded, lever operated compression test stand that measures up to 150 N.
The ES05 has a test range of up to 38mm, to adapt to different size samples the lever mechanism can be repositioned along the length of the column.
The ES05 is designed for use with the Mark-10 Force Gauges, gripping fixtures and Eye end adapters. Its compact footprint and low weight makes it Ideal for small spaces, crowded work benches, field auditing or mobile work spaces.
Typical applications include switch contact activation testing, small spring testing, peel testing, and more.
It is recommended to add the optional AC1060 mounting plate as it ensures axial alignment between the force gauge loading shaft and the threaded holes in the base.
The ES05 can be ordered with mounting kits that allow third party force gauges to be used in a test setup.
