The G1076 wire terminal grip is a turret style fixture designed to secure wire terminals, cables, connectors, and other samples for pull testing.
The turret wheel of this grip is equiped with 15 slots with an opening from 0,7 to 6,3 mm and has a capacity of up to 2,5 kN.
The bracket that holds the turret wheel connects to a force gauge or loadcell in a test stand with a 5/16-18 UNC female thread.
It is setup by simply turning the appropriate opening to the desired size, integrated magnets will hold the wheel in the chosen position.
The G1076 wire pull grip is often used in combination with the G1002 dual roller grip
This grip comes with a 5/16-18M to #10-32F thread adapter, 5/16-18 M/M stud with jam nuts, and #10-32 M/M stud with jam nuts.
An optional Ring terminal fixture (WT3002) with Multiple pin sizes from 3.2 to 9.5 mm diameter is available.
Another option is a blank machinable terminal fixture (WT3003), this makes it possible to create unique sample shapes and sizes.
