Series F Advanced Force Test Stands
Series F force test stands produce tension and compression forces. When combined with a force sensor and IntelliMESUR® software, users can measure force and distance, set up a test, record, analyze, and output data. Series F force test stands are offered in several models, corresponding to different heights and force ranges.
Series FS05 force sensors is required for use with these force test stands.
IntelliMESUR® software is required to run Series F test stands and extract force and distance data from the test stand and force sensor. IntelliMESUR® is offered pre-configured on a tablet with mounting bracket, or as a standalone software application which may be installed on the user’s device.
For test stand part numbers ending in “-IMT”, for example Model F305-IMT, a Windows tablet with attached ball mount and mounting bracket are included. From the home screen, quickly access up to 10 favorite tests. Associate an image with each favorite for easy identification.
With IntelliMESUR®, you can create and run a wide range of basic and multi-step tests, including:
Run individual runs or batches, and view data in graphical format or results tables. Save or export data as needed, or generate a report. Print or create a PDF report, including results, statistics, graph, system and user information, and comments. Personalize the report with your company logo and an additional image.
Create report templates to save with future reports.
The Series-F motorized force testers are developed as a stand-alone measuring test frame, no Force Gauge or Indicator is required to perform measurements.
They come in two versions with integrated touch screens and one version that is connected to your own windows computer.
For each version there are low load versions ranging from 0,5 to 2,5kN and higher load versions ranging from 3,4 to 6,7kN
The lower load ranges come in 3 vertical and one horizontal versions the higher load ranges come in 4 vertical versions.
The EasyMESUR® range has the smaller 7”display and comes in a basic setup.
It is equipped with 2 USB-C ports, one for PC connection and the other for an external flash drive.
Optional functions like Distance measurement, Distance limits, Pre-load, High speed extension. Low speed extension, cycling, break detection, load holding, followMe, graphing and reporting and PC control are available as single option, in packages or as a complete options package.
The IntelliMesur version of the Series-F motorized test stand is available with 10,1”screen or without screen for connection to PC.
It comes with all options from the EasyMESUR® as standard plus some extra features such as Overlay previous runs on graph and the option of COF measurement.
All devices are equipped with basic test wizards to guide you through a test setup.
There are options to extend the colums, add protective screens and a number of sensors in a range of loads compatible to the different test stands.
By using a PTAF adapter various customer supplied sensors can be used, the 705 series and up (3,4kN+) range needs an extra adapter.

Seamless Force Sensor Interface Series FS05 smart force sensors mount directly to the crosshead of models F105, F305, F505, and F505H. Ranges available from 0,5 N to 2,5 kN. Accurate to ±0,1% of full scale. Series R07 S-beam type force sensors accommodate higher force ranges from 250 N to 7,5 kN and are also compatible with Plug & Test® technology.
