The Series-F EasyMESUR® sytem is developed as a stand alone test stand force gauge combination. Equipped with a 7" integrated touchpad the Series-F EasyMESUR® motorized test stands use Mark-10's Plug & Test® system to connect a variation of Mark-10 and third party strain gauge force sensors.
Plug & Test® and the setup wizard (select a test type, and EasyMESUR® will guide you through the setup) makes this system versatile and easy to use.
From its centralized test setup a wide range of tests can be performed and results can be shown in the form of tables or graphs.
Tests can include:
Data and reports and test files can be im- and ex-ported to an external drive or PC Via USB-C.
Available in vertical and horizontal orientation Series-F test stands are build precise and rigid and come with a system deflection compensation.
They are versatile with their modular design, frame bases can be removed, for alternative mounting solutions, and a range of optional column extensions are available.
Most electronics are located in an integrated module that can be taken out of the column for service and repair.
Series-F Test frames are equipped with the Plug & Test® system which makes it possible to, next to Mark-10 force sensors, use third party strain gauge sensors in combination with the PTAF adapter.
The EasyMESUR® system is the modular version of the Series-F systems. It comes as a functional platform that can be expanded to more advanced functions to suit your requirements. This makes it possible to create a system fit for your applications without the cost of options that are not needed.
EasyMESUR® systems are shipped in Evaluation Mode, in which all functions are enabled for 160 hours of operation.
Load cell, eye end adapters and grips are sold separately.

The Series-F motorized force testers are developed as a stand-alone measuring test frame, no Force Gauge or Indicator is required.
They come in two versions with integrated touch screens and one that is connected to your own windows computer.
For each version there are low load versions ranging from 0,5 to 2,5kN and higher load versions ranging from 3,4 to 6,7kN
The lower load ranges come in 3 vertical and one horizontal versions the higher load ranges come in 4 vertical versions.
The EasyMESUR® range has the smaller 7”display and comes in a basic setup.
It is equipped with 2 USB-C ports, one for PC connection and the other for an external flash drive.
Optional functions like Distance measurement, Distance limits, Pre-load, High speed extension. Low speed extension, cycling, break detection, load holding, followMe, graphing and reporting and PC control are available as single option, in packages or as a complete options package.
The IntelliMesur version of the Series-F motorized test stand is available with 10,1”screen or without screen for connection to PC.
It comes with all options from the EasyMESUR® as standard plus some extra features such as Overlay previous runs on graph and the option of COF measurement.
All devices are equipped with basic test wizards to guide you through a test setup.
There are options to extend the colums, add protective screens and a number of sensors in a range of loads compatible to the different test stands.
By using a PTAF adapter various customer supplied sensors can be used, the 705 series and up (3,4kN+) range needs an extra adapter.

Rigid and precise by designExceptionally rigid frames feature custom extrusion designs, engineered for stiffness. Factory compensation of test frames and force sensors ensure position accuracy of ±0,15mm / 0.006 in under any load, at any position. Stepper motors and controllers drive a ballscrew and linear guideway for smooth, quiet operation, with virtually no speed variation under load. |

Conveniently modularFrame bases can be removed to accommodate column extensions and alternative mounting configurations. Most electronics are housed in a self-contained enclosure, easily accessed and replaced if needed. Integrated T-slots along the column accommodate add-ons. |
|
Limit switchesSolid-state upper and lower limit switches may be used as test limits or as test exceptions. Dual-graduated rulers aid in switch placement. |

Seamless force sensor interfaceSeries FS05 smart force sensors mount directly to the crosshead of models F105, F305, F505, and F505H, without any connection cables. Ranges available from 0,5 N to 2,5 kN [0.12 to 500 lbF]. Accurate to ±0,1% of full scale. Series FS06 S-beam type force sensors mount to models F105, F305, F505, and F505H, recommended when using heavy and bulky grips. Ranges available from 250 N to 2.5 kN [50 to 500 lbF]. |
|
Easy-to-service electronicsMost electronics are housed in an integrated module, easily replaced without special tools or processes. |
The F105-EM, F305-EM, F505-EM, and F505H-EM advanced test frames are shipped as shown, and includes the following accessories:
Plug & Test® Sensors for the F series
The low-load range of the F series works with its own version of Plug & Test® sensors. The FS05 and FS06 series are available. For the high load range there is the R07 series which operates with standard Plug & Test® connection. All of them are used for compression and tensile tests and utilize the test stand control systems. The FS05 is available in a capacity range from 0.5 to 2.5 kN and can be connected directly to the F105, F305 and F505 (H) test stands. The FS06 operates with the same connection and is available in a capacity range from 250 N to 2.5 kN. When used on the F755 and F1505 series, an additional adapter, AC1083, is required.
PTAF adapter.
The PTAF connector is an adapter that can be used to connect strain gauge load cells and third-party force and torque sensors to F series test stands. It can be connected directly to the F105, F305 and F505 series and via an additional adapter, AC1083, to the F755 and F1505, M5I and M7I series gauges. Sensor capacity and resolution can be configured using an included software utility, which contains a library of common force capacities from 0.5 N to 4,000 kN, and torque capacities from 7 Ncm to 57,000 Nm. When an identification number is configured, it is displayed at hardware startup or on the test stand display.
By removing the circuit board and the side cover, the external sensor can be connected to the PTAF adapter. |
Feed the cable through the side cover and adapter and connect them to the terminals. |
Mount the circuit board and the side cover. |
The sensor can now be configured using the configuration software, after which it can be used in the F series testing |
