TWT-2000-MTM4 Torque Wrench Loader

Checkline’s TWT-2000-MTM4 Torque Wrench Loader is developed as an aid for the calibration and/or verification of digital as well as mechanical torque wrenches. The attachment for the torque wrench is adjustable in height and length, for precise alignment with different torque wrenches. The torque wrench loader is suitable for the calibration and testing of torque wrenches with a range up to 1500 Nm. 

The TWT-2000-MTM4 does not operate as a stand-alone calibration device and must be used in combination with one of our torque tool testers, e.g. the TT-QC Torque Tool Tester, the TT-QCM Torque Tool Tester or the MTM Multi-Range Torque Tester. The torque tool tester can be attached onto the frame of the TWT-2000-MTM4.
The TWT-2000-MTM4 is compatible with the MTM Multi-Rage Torque Tester, but is easily adjustable to function with the TT-QC and the TT-QCM Torque Tool Tester. The torque tool tester is not included.

The Torque Wrench Loader is manually operated by the use of a hand wheel.

The TWT-2000-MTM4 torque wrench test stand will be available in different models, corresponding with different torque capacities.
