DTSB-DTXB Digital tension meter with wide rollers for tapes and bands
DTSB - DTXB Digital Tension meters with wide rollers for all types of textile tapes, bands, foils, fiber bundles, etc.
The digital tension meters DTSB and DTXB are equipped with special wide rollers, making them suitable for measuring all types of tapes and textile fibers. The hand sensors can be configured with rollers up to 41 mm width. Ten different models with ten different tension ranges available.

The DTSB is the base model and the DTXB is the advanced data-logging model that also provides additional functionality.

Mode S: Statistical mode only
Mode H: Save the X-Y graph for later inspections in the data memory
Mode C: Continuous logging mode. User-definable measuring time and measuring series with 2 Hz
Mode F: Fast continuous logging mode. Like C with 1000 Hz
The DTXB tension meter provides 10 digits for user calibration, compared to 4 in the DTSB. It also has a data memory for 60,000 readings and a USB data output. Free software is included at no extra cost.

- Display automatically rotates in 90° steps (or can be locked in any desired position)
- Built-in Diameter Compensator System is used to adjust the calibration curve for highest accuracy. Diameter is set with wheel and shown on display
- Automatic "Zero-Setting" in all measuring positions using built-in gravity sensor
- 4 Separate Calibration Material memory locations for custom calibrations (can be performed by end-user and saved with alpha-numeric name)
- Storage of Min, Max and Last reading as well as Hi-Peak, Low-Peak, average and standard deviation
- High speed internal data sampling (8 kHz) for capture of accurate Min & Max Peaks
- User-set Min and Max alarms with indication on LCD if reading is out of limits
- User-adjustable DAMPING is used to minimize tension fluctuations
- User-Selectable units of measurement: cN, daN, g, kg, N, lb
- Setup parameters can be password protected so they are not accidentally changed by the user

To mount the gauge for online use, the housing can be equipped with mounting threads. There are to bolts with M5 female thread on the rear side. This feature cannot be installed afterwords. |

Tension meter DTSB-DTXB are delivered in a foam fitted carrying case, including the accumulator and the AC adapter with country adapters (EU, US, UK), the Certificate of compliance with the order 2.1 according EN 10204 free of charge as well as the manual.
