DTSL-DTXL Digital Tension for cables, ropes, wires, buffer tubes, fiber strands
The Checkline DTSL / DTXL Digital Tension Meter for cables, ropes, wires, buffer tubes, fiber strands etc. up to 15 mm Ø, as well as flat materials up to 10 mm width.
The DTSL / DTXL Digital Tension Meter is hand-held and available with 6 different tension ranges from 150 - 200 cN up to 6 - 60 daN.
It has 3 different display modes:
– numeric
– numeric with bargraph
– numeric with graph (Time-Tension)
The display rotates in 90° steps for better reading, it has an Automatic „Zero-Setting“ in each measuring position using a special sensor technique. And Programmable MIN- and MAX alarms: indication in the display, if reading is out of limits.
The units of measurement are selectable in : cN, daN, g, kg, N, lb

and it comes with Software to display and save readings on a PC (Win 7 and higher; 32 bit and 64 bit) with the following features:
– Real-time reading
– The readings are also shown in a X-Y- diagram (time/date-tension)
– For data analyzing the buffered diagram can be zoomed and scaled
– Recording of the buffered readings as CSV-file (on user request)
– Download of values to Excel

To mount the gauge for online use, the housing can be equipped with mounting threads. There are to bolts with M5 female thread on the rear side. This feature cannot be installed afterwords. |
