The RMS-TD-120 Industrial Transmitter for Humidity and Temperature
This Humidity transducer is designed for maximum temperatures of 120°C, suitable for laboratory, climate control, drying technology, wood processing, food, feed, construction, paper industry, printing, agriculture, biotechnology, and medicine.
In manufacturing processes, during further processing, storage, and transportation, the precise measurement of humidity and temperature plays an increasingly crucial role. Only through accurate humidity monitoring can high product quality be ensured.
The RMS-TD-120 transmitter series from Checkline, is designed in a robust and easy-to-mount aluminum casing, is ideally suited for this purpose. The expands the applications. Various sensor caps (steel sinter, bronze sinter, plastic with or without filter paper, etc.) are available as optional accessories.
The humidity and temperature values are output via analog 4-20mA current output. Optionally, other interfaces such as RS232, Profinet, Modbus, or USB can be chosen for the temperature and humidity transmitters.
An additional enhancement of capabilities is provided by an optional display, where current humidity and temperature values can be read.
Two optional relay outputs enable the direct control of, for example, alarms or ventilation. These switching outputs can be freely configured directly on the RMS-TD humidity transmitter (switching points, hysteresis).
The capacitive humidity sensor used ensures long-term stable and accurate measurement results and is resistant to normal contamination and many chemicals.
The sensors built into the humidity transmitters also stand out for their very rapid response behavior.
The high measurement accuracy of the RMS-TD series is ensured through factory calibration at six humidity points. A calibration certificate is optional available upon request.
