TSB100 hand lever operated horizontal force test stand
The economical TSB100 is a vertical manual force test stand with a maximum capacity of 500 N that is designed for tension and compression testing.
The TSB100 like the TSA750 test stand has a loading lever that is mounted away from the column which creates a larger space between column and sample making testing of larger samples possible.
This test stand has the force gauge mounted to the loading lever rack and pinion with the bottom part of the sample connected to the base plate.
The space between the column base and center of the test sample is 121,9mm.
With its rugged aluminum components, precision machined rack and pinion system and mounting plate with threaded holes on the base, this test stand is suited to be used on a factory floor as well as laboratory environments.
With the lever operation ensuring quick action testing accuracy can be increased with the optional, TSA001 150mm digital travel display with, TSB003, travel stops.
Column extensions make it possible to test larger samples. Column extensions just increase the sample clearance they do not change the travel distance.
A complete test setup can be made in combination with the whole range of Mark 10 digital force gauges, attachments and gripping fixtures.
